ColdhostGar Refund Policy


Products purchased from ColdHostGar.com, may be refunded only if cancelled within the refund period specified below in this policy. Some products have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Please see below for refund terms applicable to such products.

Domain Name Registrations/Renewals

if an Domain Registrations has already been performed, then it is non-refundable.

Note: Hosting Services

if an Reseller, Master resellar plan has already been performed, then it is non-refundable.

Shared Hosting Refunds:

If you’re not completely satisfied with our shared hosting service within the first 7 days of activation, you’re entitled to a no-questions-asked refund. Simply contact us within 30 days of activation, and we’ll process your refund within 72 hours. However, our aim is to provide prompt resolution to any issues you encounter. So, if you inform us of the problem, we’ll strive to address it within 24 hours. If you’re still not satisfied after our attempts to assist you, you’ll receive a full refund without any hassle.

VPS Hosting Refunds:

For our VPS hosting service, we offer a similar 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy. If you’re facing any issues within the first 7 days of activation, let us know, and we’ll promptly process your refund within 72 hours. Our dedicated team will also make every effort to resolve any problems within 24 hours of your initial contact. If you’re still experiencing uncertainty despite our efforts, you’ll receive a full refund with no questions asked.

1.1 Rules for Refunds

For any kind of refund request, the billing department of Cold HostGar Hosting takes the next steps as soon as possible with priority.

Complaints are accepted depending on appropriate allegations. If one’s claim for the refund is proved and is in accordance with 1.0-1.5 of our refund policy, then he will become eligible for the refund through the payment gateway. Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 3 working days and a receipt for the refund will be given. Refunds are completed within a maximum of 15 working days, depending on the payment processing time at the payment gateway. But, if the refund is not completed within that time or to know the current status of the refund, you need to contact the payment gateway along with the receipt provided by ColdHostGar Hosting.

1.2 Refundable service

ColdHostGar Hosting offers a maximum of 15 days and 7 days refunds for regular shared hosting and VPS respectively.

1.3 Non-refundable service
Excluding regular shared hosting and VPS of Cold HostGar Hosting, all other services, software, licenses, etc. are not eligible for refund or a money-back guarantee. Note:

Refunds are not applicable for the dedicated server, email hosting, third-party service, or any of our add-on products. Even if the service is used for only one hour after the order or has never been used, it will not be included in the refund policy.

Custom software/software installation fee, setup fee, migration fee (if applicable), paid control panel’s fee, and any software license fee are not applicable for a refund.
Any type of our products or services (including shared hosting and VPS) that are included in any kind of special offer or promotion is not applicable for a refund. That means refunds can not be claimed on those services or products.

Billing & Refunds

At this time we offer Monthly, Quaterly, Semi-Annually, Annually, Bi-Annually According to the Hosting Plans.Due to the nature of our industry and the costs involved with provisioning and maintaining your Service, we do not offer refunds or pro-rated refunds.All Sales are Final We accept Credit/Debit cards, Bkash/Nagad/Rocket/Upay, & Bank Transfer Payments.There is no Minimum Contract Periods for any plans.In Case of any Disputes We are unable to offer any refunds its your responsibility to check our Services in the 7 Days trial peroid.Due to the nature of Business and service maintaince we don’t offer any refunds so All the Sales Made From ColdhostGar Are Final

Late Payments

All service renewal bills are generated according to the dates they were first activated on. As per the system settings the service will be suspended on the 7th day from the due date and terminated on 25th day from the due date.Late Fee of $0.50 Will be added to your invoice incase if you didn’t made the payment before the suspension.The late fee should be paid by you to get your service re-activated.

Cancellation & Refunds

ColdhostGar reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or otherwise restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice. Any abuse on our staff in any medium or format will result in the suspension or termination of your services.Due to Nature of the hosting business and service maintainance charges we don’t offer any Money back / Refunds so all sales are final which are purchased from ColdhostGar. There are no refunds on Abuse Case Reactivation Fee, administrative fees, install fees for custom software, or domain name purchases.

Coupons/Discounts

Discounts and coupon codes are reserved for first-time accounts or first-time customers only and may not be used towards the purchase of a domain registration unless otherwise specified. If you have signed up using a particular domain, you may not resign up for that domain using another coupon at a later date. Any account found in violation of these policies will be reviewed by our sales department and the appropriate invoices will be added to the account. Coupon abuse will not be tolerated and may result in the suspension or termination of the account.

ColdhostGar disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by ColdhostGar and its employees.
